Privacy Policy for AO Planner Companion App

1. Overview

AO Planner Companion App (“the App”) is a private productivity tool used for testing and administrative management. It is not intended for public use. Only authorized administrators access the system.

2. Information Collected

The App itself does not collect personal information from general users.
Data stored within the system is created or managed manually by the administrator for testing and development purposes.

The App may process limited technical data automatically:

Device and usage logs for debugging (via Google Firebase or similar services).

Aggregated crash reports or performance metrics that contain no personally identifying information.

3. Data Use

Any collected data is used solely to:

Maintain and improve the App’s performance.

Debug, troubleshoot, or test new features.

Manage and display planner content such as notes, events, and schedules.

No data is used for marketing, profiling, or external analytics.

4. Data Storage and Access

All data is stored securely in Google Firebase (U.S.), accessible only to the developer/administrator.

No external parties or end users have access to this data.

Data may be deleted or reset at any time during testing or upon request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
The only service provider with indirect access to system data is Google Firebase, which provides cloud hosting and diagnostic tools under its own privacy and security standards.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored under Firebase’s security and access controls.
Only authorized administrators can view or modify records.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under 13 and is used solely by authorized administrators.

8. Data Deletion Requests

If your information appears in the App and you would like it removed, you can request deletion by emailing alisha@theaoplanner.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include:

Your full name or identifier (if applicable)

A brief description of the data you want deleted

All verified requests will be processed within 30 days, and confirmation of deletion will be provided via email.

9. Your Rights

If you believe your data has been included by mistake or wish to verify its removal, you may also contact ty@beyondvirtualmedia.com for confirmation or further assistance.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
